Fluid Control
In the material conveying pipeline, the valve sealing parts
are easily affected by the sliding friction and wear of other parts. They are
easily damaged by the high-speed impact of the high-temperature and
high-hardness mixture which exaggerates the valves failure. Therefore, wear
resistance has become an important performance index of valves under severe
working conditions such as powder conveying. Some pipeline transportation
operations and construction conditions are extremely harsh. The service life of
ordinary valves cannot guarantee 10,000 cycles and cannot meet the long-term
stable production requirements of fluid control systems such as coal chemical
slurry. Integral sintered tungsten carbide hard alloy used in sealing a set of
parts has significantly improved the discs and seats of the new hard-sealed
ball valves, pulverized coal control valves, disc valves, and slide valves.
Seed
specializes in manufacturing wear-resistant valve seals for harsh working
conditions. This improves the applicability of the valve, expands the use range
of the valve, extends the working life of the valve, and ensures the
performance indicators of the valve to meet the fluid control needs. The main applications and various types of valves include regulating valves, black water valves, slag lock valves,
decompression and noise reduction valves, etc.
